Assist participants with daily living activities to promote independent living, including personal care, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
Support participants in grocery shopping, attending appointments, and engaging in social outings such as sporting events or movies.
Provide person-centered support to NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities, including mental health issues and autism.
Engage in activities that promote independence and enhance the overall well-being of our participants.
Current driver’s license.
Current First Aid/CPR certificate.
Working with Vulnerable People card.
Recent Police Check (within the last 6 months).
Compliance with Victorian government COVID vaccination requirements for the disability support sector.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, autism, or cognitive disabilities, whether in a professional or informal capacity. We value life experience highly, especially from those who have personal insights into the challenges faced by our participants.
